99bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of the 99bd platform and all services under it. When a user ("you" or "Member") creates an account on 99bd or accesses the platform, they are considered to have agreed to all clauses and sub-clauses of this Agreement.

1.1 Key Definitions

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The 99bd website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" — Any person who operates a registered account on 99bd.
• "Balance" — The amount of money held in a Member's account, made up of deposits and bonuses.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds granted to a Member by 99bd, usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — The required amount of bets needed to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Validity of the Agreement

The 99bd platform operates for adults only. To register on this platform and use any of its services, a Member must meet all of the following conditions:

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid national identity card or passport.
• Must fully agree to these terms and conditions.
• Must not have any previously closed or banned accounts in their name.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Member may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, will result in those accounts being closed automatically and any associated bonuses being voided.

It is each Member's responsibility to provide accurate information when creating an account. 99bd reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at the time of registration.

3.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as shown on the national identity card).
• Date of birth — used to confirm age.
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification).
• Email address.
• Details of preferred payment method.

3.2 Password and Security

The Member bears full responsibility for maintaining the security of their account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 99bd support immediately via live chat. 99bd is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, 99bd may verify a Member's identity. This process may require a photo of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method. Withdrawals will remain on hold if the required documents are not submitted.

All financial transactions on 99bd are carried out over a fully secure SSL-encrypted connection. The platform is connected to Bangladesh's established mobile banking and banking services.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 99bd reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal without prior verification.

99bd offers various types of bonuses for new and regular Members. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
• A bonus is not free money — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• The maximum bet amount may be restricted while a bonus is active.
• Certain games may carry a different weight towards completing the wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular Members can advance through three VIP levels based on their activity: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is based on the week's net loss. For example, if a Silver Member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If it is found that a Member is attempting to claim a bonus without meeting its conditions or through fraudulent means, 99bd reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

The 99bd platform offers various types of betting and gaming services, including slots, live casino, cricket, and football. All games and bets are governed by the general rules below.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 99bd will review and determine the outcome.
• If the internet connection drops mid-game, the data saved on the server will be considered final.
• If a technical error in a game results in an abnormal win, 99bd reserves the right to void that win.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and various other sports. Odds are subject to change and may be updated right up until an event starts. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games of international standard are available, including from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In live games, the result of each round is determined in real time and cannot be changed once announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and funds may be held.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Creating an account with false information or falsifying details.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account.
• Colluding with third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.

99bd may temporarily or permanently suspend or close a Member's account in any of the following circumstances:

8.1 Closure by 99bd

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Member

Any Member may request to close their account via live chat. The responsible gaming guidelines contain detailed information on self-exclusion and gaming breaks. It is advised to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

8.3 Process After Closure

Upon account closure, 99bd will review whether the available (wagering-free) balance is to be returned. Balances that are under investigation or disputed due to bonus-related matters may be forfeited.

99bd is committed to providing the best possible service, however the platform's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment processors.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss caused by a Member's own negligence or input errors.

99bd reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible before any changes take effect.

10.1 Notice of Changes

If significant changes are made to the terms and conditions, members will be informed via their registered email or a notification on the platform. Minor edits (language clarifications, spelling corrections) may be made without notice.

10.2 Continued Use After Changes

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the revised terms. If a member disagrees with any change, they always have the option to close their account.

10.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and any disputes related to the 99bd platform will be resolved in accordance with the legal framework of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.
